Our Process
Florida West Coast Windows Inc makes remodeling your kitchen straightforward and stress-free, especially for 55+ homeowners and retired couples.
- Free in‑home visit & estimate
- We come to your home to talk about colors, door styles, and layout ideas.
- We carefully measure your kitchen.
- You receive a free written estimate.
- 3D kitchen design you can “see” before you buy
- We return with a 3D design drawing of your new kitchen.
- Together, we review the plan and make any changes you’d like until it’s just right.
- Once you’re completely satisfied, we finalize the contract.
- Order & scheduling (about 3–4 weeks)
- Your cabinets are ordered and prepared.
- We schedule your installation so you know exactly what to expect and when.
- Removal of old kitchen
- The day before installation, we come to carefully remove your old cabinets and prepare the space.
- New cabinet & countertop installation
- The next day, we install your new cabinets.
- After cabinets are set, we measure (template) for your new countertops, then return to install them.
The result is a smooth, organized process with clear steps and minimal disruption to your daily routine—designed with comfort, clarity, and peace of mind in mind for homeowners 55 and older.
WE STAND BEHIND QUALITY
- Hardware (GlideLock drawers & hinges)
- Covered by a limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
- Cabinets (boxes, doors, drawer fronts)
- Covered by a manufacturer’s warranty (for example, 5 years or lifetime, depending on the cabinet line you choose).
- Installation / Labor – Florida West Coast Windows Inc
- We provide our own installation warranty (for example, 1–2 years).
- If something goes wrong because of our installation during that time, we come back and fix it.
How it works for you
- You call us first.
- We come out, look at the problem, and decide if it’s:
- A manufacturer issue (part is defective), or
- An installation issue (our work).
- If it’s covered:
- We order the part and come back to install it.
- During our labor‑warranty period, parts and labor are covered.
- If it’s not covered:
- We explain the issue and give you a clear price before doing any work.
